Aricent has flexible timings, team outings, friendly environment, Gurgaon is a good place to live. Some of the current projects have latest technologies and so much to offer for a beginner. This place is a good place if you want to start your career. so much to learn
Kontras
Management is very lousy. Some maintenance and old projects still running. if you get stuck in those projects then you might not get a good learning experience. pay is pretty ordinary. But i think it is the same when compared to similar companies.
