worst senior management, listen everyone about employee problems but no one do any action upon same. senior technical experts are less knowledgeable , managers are pathetic, managers have no idea how to handle big work in limited time,worst employee rating in appraisal, too much politics , favoritism . pay less with more and more work, no work life balance at all, 6 day full time working when u have bad senior.
