Managers try to lure you to do extra hours with less pay. My experience people get atleast 4 lakhs more than me and they dont want to increase the fixed part of CTC. Will try to give more bonus and other things. This Ghouse guy will try to tell you that you can earn more in going on client side but will not increase your fixed CTC.
