      it was the best company to work till year 2007

      Work pressure, No promotion or hile to hard-working people, worse management, working on weekend as well to meet expectations/targets false promises to employees, worse treatment when employees leave the company, It was a great company to work till 2007 when it was Aricent technology, No work-life balance, sometimes 18 hrs shift
