- Too much of power is given at the hands of PM and Director. - An all round feedback MUST impact PM's & Director's performance rating, so they learn to be courteous towards their subordinates. - HR should be given more power so as to restrict the unleashed Managers & Directors, who think of themselves as an owner of Aricent and treat rest of the team as their slaves.
