-Dumb project managers that don't know anything about the business.
-Unnecessary and unreasonable pressure all the time.

-A lot of bureaucracy on day to day work, lots of forms to fill and hour to point everywhere.
-Salary below the market.
-Very low energy place, seems nobody is happy, everybody is worried all the time and unsatisfied with their roles and with their managers.
-Office politics is very present. Backstabbing and malicious rumors are a common thing.
-They have "experts" that don't know what they are doing really.
