1. People at expert or director level are aggressive, unprofessional and not valuable for the organization. 2. If you are coming here good work then it is not the right place. 3. Management is pathetic. They are not from management background. 4. Not good for freshers. 5. They are loosing their clients and not able to get new clients. They do not have good sales team. 6. They will assign you any work whether you have different background skills. 7. Very less codding work. 8. No code review specially those projects that are going under Aricent(Altran).
