Those who work will be given more work. Those who are free/resist to work, will not be given any work. 4. Salary Hike will be minimal. 5. HR Policies will not be transparent. HR Policies will be changed all of sudden and you will get a mail only a day before of its implementation. 6. On-Site opportunities will be there only for service team. For core products team, there won't be any On-Site Opportunities. It they provide it will be in weeks. 7. Senior management will forget you as a human being and will remember you only as a machine who does a job on their command. 8. Planning the project will be so poor.
