* Back office. They make alot of mistakes regarding payroll. I know 4 examples where people left he company due big mistakes that were made. * No consistency in longterm/shortterm management styl. They claim that work life balance is very good, yet they forbad us to take holiday for 2 months! Because they wanted to manipulate the numbers of Q3. * They only do efforts to recruit new people. Bad investment in current people (payroll, don't listen to feedback). * They don't do the necessary to take you of a project. They keep you there as long as possible. * shortterm actions do not stroke with long term vision * no investment in the consultants (trainings only after hours, for free and not even interesting and mandatory + bad salary)
