Good set of benefits accessible for the employees, restaurant tickets, kindergarden tickets, and access to an agency to help and councel about your adminstrative task outside of work.
Kontras
The benefits included in the "convenio" often have to be fought upon (kilometric compensation, trainings during working hours, remote working, etc) even though the company advertise them a lot as well as the supposedly work-family balance. Salary wise there are lot of disparities and even if your situation is not bad you have to be prepared for, at the best, insignificant salary raise along the years, even when the management let you understand they count on you and want to maintain you as happy as possible.
