Not an MNC culture - Senior Software Engineer bei Capgemini Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The pros stopped just there. It's an MNC in name but the management is poor. Most of the top management people are engaged with the company since the start of their career so they have little or no exposure to other company's work cultures. The management is extremely result driven even with inadequate resources, which leads to pressure on the developer's end (more than start-ups actually). CTC formulation, incentives and promotion structure for new-hires/lateral hires is very bad compared to the other organizations I have worked at. I don't know of any lateral hires who are happy working at Aricent at all.
