One of the best places of learning. I've been employed here for 8 years now and never a day I felt that I'm saturated in learning.
Everyday I get to learn new things - be it a new protocol or a new technology or a new process.
Coz this company has a "core focus" on technology, this is kind of a best of both worlds - a product cum service company. You service the customer but you learn the in-and-out of a product!
One beautiful thing is we are never restricted from innovating newer things and any good innovation is always instantly rewarded.
Aricent is my 3rd company and this is the place where I got everything "without asking for" - be it promotion or onsite or hike!
And believe me that this company pays variable pay "without" showing any false revenue decrease.
Aricent never sends out people in bulk - coz what I see is they recruit only when they need people and not keep 100s of them in bench.
Also, my hike percentages are always significantly higher than those in my same experiences elsewhere. Ofcourse, performance matters.
Another important thing I like about Aricent is apart from work there are so many other areas of self-developement - be it a specific Learning & Education department which offers you world-class training on "anything" that you need, a very good entertainment think-tank from HR side - making every little celebration count or a separate event for Sports and fitness!
