Top Management is not coherent or effective at the people management level. Managers don' t know what they are doing, they does not know the team or people performance' s and they take inconsistent and bad decisions without hesitating. Top Managers don' t care about customer needs and get involved in everything. Top Manager' s don' t have clear vision about any kind of strategy. Middle managers constantly change and move the direction and the course of processes, procedures and way of doing things and truly don' t care about the people that every day works hard to achieve his/her goals.
