Very good offer of trainings for personal / professional development. As far as the client is ok with you, your manager won't bother much. Just a weekly follow up meeting.

Once you are assigned to a client / project is difficult to change to another one. Carreer depends too much on opportunities on clients. If you don't have a chance to progress in a project is quite difficult to be assigned to other project / client.
