I constantly wear several hats, always interacting with staff, vendors and contractors. I am very privileged to afford a 360-degree view of company-wide operations unlike many medium and large organisations. As a smaller organisation, it's easy to interact and collaborate with everyone and be a huge part of the company’s future. I’ve gained knowledge and insight beyond my role and continually utilising multiple skills as the role and company evolves. Everyone is treated with maturity, fairness while being supported to be successful. There is no micromanaging or helicopter management that dictates. A nice company to work for.

If you prefer structure ahead of flexibility, a larger company may be a better fit.
