Pleasant culture, employee-friendly, (mostly) decent local line managers, recognized brand.
Kontras
"Traditional" in the wrong sense, decisions take long. Very hierarchical - not so much locally but the HQ seems to be mentally far far away from the local playfield and displays a very strong "top-down" approach. Likes complexity.
