Similarly, the core management team in place will provide support and guidance they need to thrive today and grow. We’re also working hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance for all employees. We’re in the midst of piloting a summer hours program where our offices close at 1 p.m. on Fridays. Our hope is that this extra time off allows our employees to unwind and connect with the people and places they love. So far it’s been a great success.
