Pros
Many long term employees who have grown significantly with the company. The work can be hard but it is generally well rewarded. There is a bonus program in which every employee is included -- and the company has paid out bonuses every year since inception. The company is growing and there are some growing pains but all pain points are addressed and generally overcome. Management is committed to diversity and thoughts/opinions/styles are encouraged.

You have to keep track of billable hours but that is agency life. Leadership is growth focused which is to be expected - but sometimes the "old days" of being small and private are missed. Culture is not at strong with Covid but I still feel bonded with my team feel management tries very hard to keep us a family.
