The solar industry is unstable so don’t leave your stable job for this. Office management is based on favoritism and nepotism. So, there’s a serious lack of skills, knowledge and initiative. Many things are done incorrectly or inefficiently. There were also times I did not feel safe working here because of thief and fights.
