Very unorganized/Unfair treatment - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Canadian Solar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Unorganized, certain people get treated differently, 12 hrs shifts w only 2 thirty min breaks. Extremely micromanaged, pretty warm in the warehouse, wanting numbers one day then looking at quality and of course production gets blamed for management mistakes. No communication between anyone. Some people have to ask to use the restroom. Unsafe while electrical cotds are strung out everywhere .
