The people and culture are great. HR has a lot of forward-thinking initiatives.

The company is stuck in a lot of old practices and would rather keep patching problems then coming up with comprehensive solutions. Most employees are frustrated with the dis-organization and confusion around daily tasks. Frequent staffing changes with little opportunity for advancement has dis-heartened most of the staff.
