The atmosphere of being outdoors and being surrounded by people that love what they are doing as much as you is very rewarding. Depending on the specific job you get, you can gain some valuable knowledge for future endeavors.

The only downside is that the work isn't cut out for everyone. Just about every year their are going to be people that are their for the wrong reasons and can make life hell for you especially towards then end when the session
