My time at Camera IQ has honestly been the best years of my life. Firstly, they promote from within. If you step up to the plate and contribute, management will take note of it and reward you for it. How many companies nowadays do that?
I was surprised and actually upset to read some of the personal attacks towards the two cofounders on Glassdoor. Both the CEO and COO have ONLY treated me with exceptional kindness. They make sure that I am being paid the market rate or above for my position. They continually check in on me to make sure my workload is manageable. Any time I have given them feedback, they have taken it extremely seriously. They have been honest with me on why certain things are a certain way, and they really actually care about their employees. What more could you ask from your management team?
Allison is by far the best CEO I have worked for. This is because she has a HEART. She is emotionally invested in each employees success, and within your first week here you will see it for yourself. She schedules regular 1-1s with everyone, and remembers so much about everyone's life and makes sure we are doing well.
The product is exceptionally cool, and we are making a huge difference in an emerging field. I love what I work on.
The team here is all full of kind people who are super collaborative. I go to work every day super happy.
