Understanding with personal issues, and need for time off.

Management shows favoritism towards all employees, and is not equal whatsoever. Management takes off early week regardless of work that needs accomplished or the importance of issues. Human Resources have been seen acting inappropriately with each other, along with other member managers/supervisors within the company ie: hotel rooms, vacant offices. If you’re not in the “good ol’ boy’s club” you are treated horribly, are not given the opportunity to live to your full potential through the company.
