Close knit community structure of employees allows support structure and quick communication. Allows for expressive creativity to be fully applied for each employee, bringing innovation potential with each hire.
Kontras
Loose organizational structure leaves a lot to be desired for consistent service for clients, and causes many "crunch time" situations where employees are forced to come up with last minute improvisations for situations which could be potentially hazardous and/or litigious. Community structure of employees gives strong preference for certain employees who play along, leaving many voices unheard.
