Dear Glassdoor Community, Employees are the most vital part of our company. However, a company is also made up of employees, who are real people. Therefore, always remember there is another side to the story. Some employees want a job that does not exist within an organization. We are only guilty of trying too hard to create one for this team member that would fit his skills and made him happy. We are saddened that this post was made and all of our efforts to explain the job, opportunities, and the work we did behind the scenes to advocate and review possible solutions for this disgruntled worker cannot be discussed.
