Pros

Rapidly growing company, because it's in the middle of a rollup, will probably be sold or go public in the next few months or years. There is money to be made, but expect to pay your dues before you get it.

Kontras

Job is very high paced, most people fail at it even if they seem to be a perfect candidate. It's not really worth the money and you may feel some pressure to do things that aren't always on the up and up to meet certain KPIs. Expect to work 55-70 hours a week and not see your bonuses until you are a seasoned veteran.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Kontras

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
