      Thank you for the candid feedback. We understand that the pandemic induced distance might have hampered your learning. We continue to introduce initiatives such as group based live projects for younger staff which can re-inforce their learnings.

      Pay is above average. Management does not micromanage.

      As a MSP Managed Service Provider, they are not good at getting new business. Losing customers reduces profitability and forces layoffs
