Sometimes felt like the engineers were spread a bit thin. The company really supports sticking around and moving up through time spent with them. Work hours were 6am to 2:30pm so it involved changing your schedule. Also, if you are responsible for a system and it goes down, you are expected to drop everything and come in to fix it or resolve the issue, even if on vacation or in the middle of the night. The annual reline or plant repairs were tough for employees and usually meant 4-6 weeks of 60 hr work weeks.
