Everyone is very focussed on doing things right and looking after our customers as partners, to achieve long-term success. There is a good level of trust between team members and with management.

The pressure is relentless; there's always a customer in crisis who needs our support, often conflicting with other priorities, so there's always that unspoken pressure to work long hours to fit everything in. A truly global team means meetings often happen at the extreme ends of the work day.
