- ceo is absent 95% of the time and doesn’t know what’s going on. Hear from him once every couple months to toot his own horn. - no positive culture. Being forced into the office on Friday to have pizza and beer is their idea of “culture” - people leave but are not replaced. Management don’t seem to give a rats either - you will get worked to the ground for little compensation, recognition or reward. Not worth it.

I worked here for around 6 months and it was the worst job I’ve ever had. They don’t value customer service, they market the product on a lie and are money grabbers! The blatant nepotism was disgusting! If you weren’t related to one of the manager then you would still do okay if you attended the same church as them! The managers were completely incompetent with no experience! Staff were treated like children and it was mortifying to work there and listen to upset customers all day long. I love people and customer service so this place destroyed my soul! I choose to be unemployed and leave here (luckily not for too long) and have feedback when I leaving about the terrible set up. They had the cheek to ring me a few weeks later to know if I wanted to come back as a casual member of staff (for the worst casual rate of any job in Perth!!) and I found out they had let loads of people go just before they finished probation. Yet none of the family or church members were let go! You have to pay for parking, the gym and pool facilities are mediocre (yet Cv check sell them as if you’ve made it big time😂😂😂) Ugh! Getting the creeps even thinking about this place!
