Pros
Interesting and engaging work. Company follows through on all of its promises. They under promise and over deliver consistently. They seek to improve the lives of the community through generous donations and will take input on which charities to donate to based on employee input. Only company I have worked for that actually cares about a work/life balance and takes employee feedback seriously. Good/Above average pay. Intelligent coworkers who also are very approachable and unpretentious. Friendly / Non-intimidating work environment. Quality resources (laptop, accessories, ect)
Kontras
On the consulting side, it can sometimes be difficult to coordinate meetings and group training due to client commitments. Although, it really hasn't impacted me much at all.
