Bullied into coming back to work immediately after an immediate family member's death where the "leader" stated, "you are part of a team," as if to say I was selfishly thinking about myself two days after the sudden death. Another "boss" reached out to ask if there was anyone else in the family who could make the arrangements so I could go right back to work. I was paid entry level with a Master's! Raises in salary for great performance were nominal. Also, FTC needs to be notified on the business practice of the "opt out" process that left many companies paying for things they did not order.

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
