      Residents for the most part were great. Technology is pretty decent

      Corporate office. The entire compliance department is full of mean, cutthroat bullies. This company's culture thrives on gossip & bullying. Even though I resigned, (with proper notice) they have made it nearly impossible for me to obtain a job with the Federal Government siting, "Not eligible for rehire."

      Pros

      Great work environment, perks and people to work with. Office manager was wonderful to work for. I could have seen myself working here for many years if I hadn't moved out of state.

      Nothing to speak of except wages could have been a little higher. Only left company because I moved out of state.
