With so much change and opportunity, it’s important to keep the focus on being truly people-centric as growth continues—something that has been a big part of the company’s culture so far. What stood out to me is how great the teams are. People genuinely care, collaborate well, and support each other day-to-day. The leaders in HR, Production, and Sales are some of the kindest and most down-to-earth folks I’ve worked with. They’re approachable, relatable, and truly invested in the success of each person.
