No work No project No funds money, but salary hike quickly after getting funds

Waste of time. I am working from last year, seen lot of nonsense things our management and the senior most person do. The senior person always resides outside India to gain attention of others but doing nothing for getting projects and simply depend on external funds. From last year I am looking, this people are not good with former employees as well. Complete unprofessional behaviour I ever seen. I also seen that once you resign then management will make mess of you and do everything which will ruin your entire carrier and they won't let you go smoothly and can't do exit formalities simply.

No pros as far as

Just one simple line Worst place to work those who wanted to work in hardware like FPGA,RF. Hardware division closed due to lack of projects...no one ready to give project... nothing new to learn
