Family owned company that only takes works suggestions from members of the family. If you aren't part of management don't expect your opinions to matter even if they are asked for. Hearing screaming matches between sales and upper management was a weekly occurrence. Was told multiple times that working from home during Covid pandemic was not allowed, meanwhile upper management and other departments had no problem doing it themselves. Employees with years of experience in their fields would be belittled and their suggestions would be voided just because it came from them and not the owner.
