This is NOT a place to grow your career, there is a definite cost cutting culture. With the implementation of technologies most groups they are not looking to grow. There is definite pressure from the top down to cut heads/expenses. If you are looking for a 45 hour workweek with below market pay then this is your job. However if you are looking for opportunities to grow your career this company is a pass
