Good benefits, good pay, tuition reimbursment, good technology, interesting projects, they invest in their employees. Management is aware of structural/cultural problems and working to change them.
Kontras
Highly siloed and bureaucratic organization. All projects seem to go over schedule. When work falls between different teams there is often confusion and disagreement as to who is supposed to own the work. Tuition reimbursement benefits were reduced.
