New Executive recently hired to get control of the madness.

Too many managers are in positions because of longevity with company or "good old boy" network instead of being qualified for the position. Executives appear to have no leadership skills at all. They still operate and communicate like a very small company. Currently, a lot of in-fighting among staff in Dallas headquarters as each member is more concerned about control and "turf" than how to run a company. Again - lack of leadership abilities.
