Extreme micromanagement and if they assign you as a T2 specialist, prepare yourself, because is extra work for the same pay as regular employees or as they call them "T1 specialists". You will be doing all the work that managers don't want to do. Also, CLEAR is always bringing a new "System" that they can't handle. The Pods are always malfunctioning and you will be the one taking all the heat from the angry customers.
