Senior Management is Gung-Ho about individual recognition for stellar achievement, quality performance & high caliber work ethic. This company culture is all about fostering a sense of community, by promoting volunteerism and giving back through generous sponsoring of charitable organizations.

Pro or Con, Success only comes through hard, solid work ethic and commitment, which translates into long work hours, which is a given - for every company. City Furniture sells furniture = Retail industry = retail hours: evenings, weekends, holidays - when the customer is available to shop. Unfortunately, this industry and the hours that come with the territory may not work for everybody.
