The groups that do not promote this are the minority and not reflective of CIBC as a whole. - Majority of coworkers are pleasant and working for the best interests of everyone. - Great work/life balance. For those complaining otherwise, CONTACT HR! CIBC has very strict overtime policies and if your management isn't obeying them then complain to the people who created them!

- Lots of process as others have mentioned however it is for the benefit of everyone. Being a financial institution requires tight controls over change to ensure uninterrupted business. While process can be a pain in the rear end, it's a necessary evil in the financial industry.
