Horrible culture! Managers are worked to the bone with no compensation for extra hours required to perform the basic job duties. Lots of favouritism. Terrible Senior Management. First there was a massive push to be productive with unrealistic targets and a lot of pressure so naturally quality suffered but Senior Management acts like it's the employees fault.
