      Good coworkers who are hard working and collaborative

      They got rid of all project managers and dumped all their work on POs. Everyone’s productivity is now measured and reported on a quarterly basis on Jira. All the emphasis is on delivery with no time for strategy. They also got rid of all middle management so growth opportunity is almost null
