The projects, co-workers and work life balance are the best reasons for staying. Project level people look out for each other and help support the successful delivery of projects.
Kontras
Upper level management tends to pay attention to getting their bonuses and not to how the working conditions are for their employees. The CEO is incompetent and keeps pushing reforms to put her mark on the company and positioning it for acquisition. Employees keep getting shoved into smaller and smaller work areas and now they are looking at no assigned seating for staff.
