- flexibility with work times (as long as the jobs gets done) - some really smart and nice people in the group who are willing to share their expertise - environment is relatively relaxing
Kontras
- no project =no work. been on and off the bench for last year - not much employee recognition - under paid - some individuals have a pompous nature to them: The "superstar" syndrome - horrible evaluation process-- I have no idea what I need to do in order to get promoted - in some teams, favoritism (work goes to those individuals rather than giving others a chance)
