Its difficult to think of anything positive to say, maybe that they pay their employees on time. The social committee (that employees pay into) is competent.
Kontras
- after speaking with many people in my division, it looks like long term employees have not receive pay increases in years - employee training is almost non-existent; employees are provided access to online books that they are expected to learn on their own time -- even if that knowledge is required to perform their day-to-day duties - sick days are not allowed; all employees are "encouraged" to work from home even when they are (legitimately) ill
