The share purchase plan is good, they match what you put in. There is a good social committee that you can take advantage of.
Kontras
Horrible pay, and no appreciation for a job well done. There is no equity in the pay scales, new people coming in from outsourcing deals could be making several thousand over what current employees are getting. There is no training on new products. I feel that even though I work hard, my efforts will never be rewarded, monetarily or otherwise. There have been no raises since I've been there.
