Terrible organization and management. At hiring I agreed to the standard 3 month probation before benefits kicked in, as well as a signing bonus at 3, 6 and 12 months. After approx. 6 mon, I had not received any benefits. When I inquired about it, I was told to be patient, then I was told it was my fault for not inquiring earlier and also that I would have known about it earlier but I had been off sick for a week (contracted Covid from a co worker who had tested positive and management told them to stay at work) and they had no way to contact me, despite having all my contact info on file. Management also did absolutely nothing when, on several occasions, one particular co worker exhibited threatening behavior towards other employees, myself included.
